RealLiving CCR Realtor relocates office to Main Street
RealLiving CCR Realtors relocated its office this week from Tommy Tire Plaza to 122 N. Main St., announced Lisa Wenger, agent in the office.
The new office is in the former Faith Investment Services location. That business is in the process of relocating to the building at 101 N. Main St., operating with an entrance on Church Street.
Wenger has 20 years of experience in real estate with the most recent 10 years as a full-time realtor. She has worked with CCR/RealLiving for the past four years.
“CCR/RealLiving has offices in Bluffton and Kalida with a home office in Lima,” she said. “We are a member of Multiple Listing Service (MLS) in West Central Ohio, which is the Lima area, and Heartland, which is the Findlay area.”
She said that in addition to the MLS each of her listings go on Zillow and nearly 50 additional internet real estate sites.
Wenger handles residential, commercial and agriculture listings. She is an estate appraiser, can prepare a comparative market analysis for clients at no cost and can represent buyers and sellers.
She is a member of the Bluffton Area Chamber of Commerce, is also a member of the National Realtors Association. For the past two years she is a member of the Ohio Association of Realtors President’s Club for multi-million-dollar sales. She also holds a Real Living Corp. Ruby Medallion award for sales.
Wenger said a grand opening is planned after the holidays.
