Softball
Junior shortstop Caylin Morstadt (Delaware/Rutherford B. Hayes) has been named the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference Softball Hitter of the Week.

Morstadt hit a solo shot to straightaway center which tied Heidelberg 2-2 in the sixth inning of Bluffton's second game on Monday night. She finished the job an inning later when her two-run bomb to left center capped off Bluffton's 5-3 win over the Student Princes.
The Beavers (2-8, 0-0 HCAC) are slated to host doubleheaders against Kalamazoo (Thursday) and Albion (Saturday) later this week.
Baseball

Gregory hit four home runs and fashioned a superb .871 slugging percentage as the Beavers closed out their final nine games in Florida with a 3-6 record. He led the team with 11 hits and nine runs and he was second with eight RBI. Through the first 11 games, Gregory is hitting .359 with five dingers, 11 RBI and 12 runs scored.
