Allen County Fair Results for local 4-H Cattle Club
The Bluffton 4-H Cattle Club reported its results from the 2021 Allen County Fair. Those results follow.
Bluffton Cattle Club had another great year at the 2021 Allen County Fair. This year our Cloverbuds (Annie Steiner, Bentley Webb, Bennett Kimmel, Brock Sloan, Brice Sehlhorst, Kyle Hohenbrink, Kaidree Hohenbrink, Addi Barrett, and Lydia Gratz) successfully grew pumpkins from seed and completed an art project to display at the fair. Our 4-H youth were involved with various animal and special interest projects. Their results are below:
Katherine Gratz, 11 yrs old:
Market Goat - 1st in class/ 3&4 place in Born and Raised Show, Outstanding Livestock Interview for Goats, with an overall 2nd place in the beginners class.
Seeing Through Graphics Design - 1st Place, State Fair Representative.
Amber Gladwell, 16 years old:
Market Goat - 2nd Place in class, 5th overall/ 2nd Place Born and Raised
Show.
Branson Hilty, 14 years old:
Market Steer 1 - 2nd place in class, 5th place Rate of Gain, and 9th overall in Beef Show
Market Steer 2 - 4th Place in class and 6th in Rate of Gain
Champion in Junior Beef Showmanship, and 4th place overall Beef Showmanship
