Day one golf at Kuhn Memorial
The Bluffton University women's golf team opened up with a 367 on day one of the Guy and Jeanne Kuhn Memorial. The Beavers stand in 6th place heading into the final round on Monday, September 27.
Junior Haley Gill (Indianapolis, Ind./Franklin Central) topped the Beavers with an 89 on day one. Freshman Allie Waggener (HilliardHilliard Bradley) and senior Marissa Hall (Avon Lake) checked in just off Gill's pace with scores of 91 and 92, respectively. Freshman Kiley Cline (Fostoria/Hopewell Louden) finished with a 95 and Keely Briggs (Franklin) carded a 99 on Sunday. Playing as an individual, freshman Isabelle Vance (Continental/Miller City) fired a 93.
Bluffton will tee it up at the Country Club of Meadville on Monday, Sept. 27, for day two of the Kuhn Memorial.
