Snow, mainly before 1 p.m. The snow could be heavy at times. Temperature falling to around 21 by 5 p.m. West wind 5 to 15 mph becoming north in the afternoon. Winds could gust as high as 20 mph. Chance of precipitation is 100%. Total daytime snow accumulation of 2 to 4 inches possible.
