BHS Orchestra earns Superior OMEA rating
Rachael E. Lewis, Orchestra Director/Music Therapist for Bluffton Exempted Village Schools reports that the High School orchestra earned a Superior rating at OMEA State Orchestra Adjudicated Event on Friday, Feb. 25 at Perrysburg High School.
The orchestra played in class C and performed
- ‘Toccatina” by William Hofeldt,
- “Nordic Lullaby” by Edvard Grieg/arr. Pierre La Plante
- “Orpheus in the Underworld” by Jacques Offenbach/ arr. Sandra Dackow.
The orchestra is directed by Lewis with assistance from Debb Herr.
