Photo-Story: Junior Bowling awards banquet
On Saturday, March 12, Southgate Lanes awarded recognition to the top bowlers in the Junior Bowling program which ran from November 2021-March 2022. The bowling alley at 9700 Dixie Hwy. hosted an awards banquet for some 90 youth bowlers and their families, including free pizza and soft drinks.
Owners Derek Dukes and Brandon Falk presented certificates and trophies to the Hot Shot League, Early Bird League, winners of the Ethan Leiber Scholarships (founded by Scott and Angie Leiber), team awards, and Adult/Junior Scotch Doubles awards.

Southgate Lanes has provided more than $1,200 in youth scholarships this season, with $500 donated by the Smith family scholarship foundation (Robert Smith).
