Oceans of Possibilities in June at Bluffton Public Library

Bluffton Public Library has issued the attached calendar of events for June 2022.

SECURE YOUR SPOT - A SAMPLING

Children's Storytime special: The Quarry Farm & Sophie the Pig; Monday, June 6 at 6:30 pm and Weds, June 15 at 10:00 am.

The Greater Cleveland Aquarium will present a fun-filled adventure of sea animals and knowledge-- In person and on Zoom. Ask the Marine Biologist your ocean animal questions. Wednesday, June 8 at 11:00 a.m.

Kevin Moore, Curator of Artifacts from the Rutherford B. Hayes Presidential Library & Museums will speak about some of our state’s folklore on Monday, June 6 at 6:00 p.m. 

The Roots of our Watershed, a presentation by The Quarry Farm will focus on native plants that hold soil in place to protect the Great Lakes from sedimentation and harmful algal bloom. Tuesday, June 14 at 6:00 p.m.

PROGRAMS WITH NO REGISTRATION - A SAMPLING

Pirate Training--Multiple activities on the main floor, geared to K-5 kids and their families--will be held on Friday, June 10 from 2:00-3:00 p.m. 

Jammin' @ the Library: local musicians gather at 5:30 p.m. on the second and fourth Mondays of each month. This is a relaxed, song-circle style jam session and anyone is welcome to join. Bring your instrument, voice, or listening ears.
