Helping Ohio birds is subject of Sept. 6 gardeners meeting
- 6:00 p.m., Tuesday, September 6
- Bluffton Public Library
Gardeners of the Bluffton Pandora Area will hold their first fall meeting at the Bluffton Public Library on September 6.
The invitation: "Autumn is just beginning, we all know winter will be here before we know it. As you prepare your gardens for the upcoming cold season don’t forget about helping the local birds who must endure living outside in freezing temperatures with little available food.
"Join a naturalist from the Johnny Appleseed Metro Park District to learn about bird species that adapt to living through our cold Ohio winters and ways you can help them survive."
