Pirate girls soccer blanked by Bath

The visiting Bath girls team shut out the Bluffton High School girls soccer team 6-0 Saturday afternoon at Steinmetz Field.
Haydn O’Donnell scored in the second minute to put Bath on top early. She added a goal in the 52nd minute.
Anna Rasor tallied in the 18th minute to make it 2-0. Wildcat Marlie Mason found the back of the net 27th and 64th minutes. Haliey Core added the other Bath goal in the 45th minute.
Bluffton put one of its seven shots on goal. Bath put 14 of its 19 shots on goal.
Pirate keeper Kynzie Ewing made eight saves in goal. Carmen Kunkleman was credited with one stop for Bath.
Bluffton hosts NWC foe Spencerville Monday, August 28 at 7 p.m. at Steinmetz Field.
