Icon viewers interested in developing a winter workout routine can get help from Bluffton Family Recreation.

Matt Wannemacher, personal trainer, is available for BFR members in a free consultant basis to help develop a workout plan.

“We will talk about each individual’s goals, where the person is at the moment exercise-wise, and where the person wants to be,” he said.

The workout plan will help the BFR member get started. Wannemacher, a BFR staff member, is always available to answer questions.
