Open house on Nov. 18 and Nov. 25

Siefker Real Estate and Auction Co., Ottawa, announces a public auction Saturday, Dec. 8, of Dr. Howard Shelly, M.D., property and real estate.

The auction is on site at 7900 Tom Fett Road, Bluffton, with a 10 a.m. start for four parcels of real estate and an 11 a.m. start for personal property items.

Two open houses are planned. One is from 2 to 4 p.m., Sunday, Nov. 18, and a second is from 2 to 4 p.m., Sunday, Nov. 25.

Farthing Real Estate and Auctioneers, Findlay, announce a public auction including tractors, trailers, trucks, antiques, collectibles, vintage items, carrige and horse-related items, grounds care, turf and golf course items.

The auction is on the premises of Precision Turf Management, 7090 Red Hawk Dr., Findlay, at 10 a.m., Saturday, Nov. 17.

11 a.m. to 2 p.m., ribbon cutting, refreshments, giveaways, tours

First National Bank hosts a grand re-opening of its Bluffton branch from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., Friday, Nov. 16, according to Todd Mason, president and CEO.

The festivities will start at 11 a.m. with a ribbon cutting and presentation followed by light hors d'oeuvres, cake, giveaways. Guests will also be able to take a tour of the updated branch.

The branch remodel included new paint and flooring and seating area, the addition of a conference room for community use, an additional office and another secluded customer meeting area.

The Frosting Studio, Bluffton, wants you to be ready for Thanksgiving.

"Join us in our Thanksgiving cupcake workshop," says Debra Stockford, shop owner. "You'll take home a Thanksgiving cupcake 6-pack when the workshop is completed."

Stockford said the workshops are Friday, Nov. 16, at 6 p.m. and Saturday, Nov. 17, at 9 a.m., at her business location, 142 E. Jefferson St., Bluffton - located in Tommy Plaza.

New Leaf Garden Center, 395 SR 235, Ada, invites you to its Christmas open house.

The event is from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 10. It includes open house specials, refreshments and door prizes.

Dan and Betsy Lee open Board and Brush in former Mustard Seed Cafe

A ribbon-cutting for Bluffton newest business, Board and Brush, takes place at 6 p.m., Thursday, Nov. 8, according to owners Dan and Betsy Lee.

The Lee's open their business in the former Mustard Seed Cafe, 562 N. Main St. Bluffton.

The Bluffton Area Chamber of Commerce will handle the ribbon cuting.

"You are invited to enjoy some goodies, demonstrations and giveaways," said the Lees. "Board and Brush will have swag bags for the first 50 attendees and one person will win a VIP party for 10."
