Ada Area Chamber of Commerce met the new guy in Ada earlier this month.
The new guy is a familiar Bluffton business owner: Tom Dotson.
Dotson and his wife, Sheena, this winter expanded their tire Bluffton business with an Ada location at 3032 State Route 309 (intersection of 309 and 235), south of Ada.
The Ada Area Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting of the Ada store took place on March 16. The event also included a tour of the facility for chamber members. The building a former carpet warehouse, includes a 40 by 80-foot addition that will service semis.
For the first time in over five years, Bluffton and area residents are invited to a Bluffton business expo where they can view products and services of over 25 local businesses.
It’s the Bluffton Oscars Mix and Mingle business expo, at The Centre on Thursday, March 24, from 5 to 7 p.m.
• Admission is free – plus free snacks including:
• free pizza from Luke’s Bar and Grill
• free popcorn from Shirley’s Gourmet Popcorn
• free appetizers and a cash bar from The Centre
• door prizes drawing throughout the evening
Today’s Cash Mob host (Thursday, March 17) is CG Pro Bikes, 127 N. Main St., Bluffton, with cash mob hours from 3:30-5:30 p.m.
To celebrate March 17, during cash mob hours the store will offer 17 percent off all clothing and all baskets and on selected bikes and selected seats.
In addition, sign up for a $50 shopping spree at the store.

Bluffton Center for Entrepreneurs, partnering with Bluffton Area Chamber of Commerce and The Centre, will hold the event from 5 to 7 p.m. Admission is free. Several door prizes from businesses will be given away during the event.
