Peter Suter of Shirley's Gourmet Popcorn, 117 S. Main St., announced that "Mint Chocolate-Chocolate Chip" is Shirley's popcorn flavor of the month for March. Bluffton University's dining services, Sodexo, launched its "Simply To Go" off-campus catering service on Thursday, with a spread in Marbeck's Kreider Room that made the mouth drool.
According to Elaine M. Adams, catering manager, the service can provide catering for as small a party as two or as large as a 400-guest wedding reception.
"We provide everything from box lunches, continental breakfasts, lunches, buffets, hors d'oeuvres to dessert bars," she said.
