How about "the world's best chicken" for the dinner table

The World's Best Chicken
From "Kitchen Classics Cookbook," Bluffton Child Development Center, 2013
Recipe provided by Kristen Howard, mother of Lily and William

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/2 c Dijon mustard
1/4 c maple syrup
1 Tbsp red wine vinegar
Salt and pepper
Rosemary

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In a small bowl mix mustard, syrup and vinegar. Place chicken breast into 9 by 13 inch baking dish.

Pandora UM hosts free community meal Jan. 27

The Pandora United Methodist Church will host a free Community Meal on Wednesday Jan. 27  from 5:30-7 p.m. in the church fellowship hall, 108 E. Washington Street, Pandora. The meal this month is provided by Seven O’Clock Flock. The menu is Tomato Soup, Grilled Cheese Sandwiches, Relishes, Dessert and beverage.

Jeanne's Kitchen, 112 Vine St., Bluffton, offers a new year's eve buffet. Reservations are strongly recommended at 419-234-8650.

~Buffet Menu~
Beef Wellington, Chicken Picatta, Fresh Herb Salmon, Seasoned Pork Loin, Fingerling Potatoes, Fresh Vegetable Salad, Pasta with Shrimp, & Mixed Vegetable Medley. 

A wide assortment of appetizers and a large variety of homemade desserts will also be served!

Choose from two seatings: 4:30-6 p.m. and 6-8 p.m.
