Peter Suter of Shannon Theatre announced that "Hotel Transylvania" (PG) and will be shown at the theatre from September 28 - October 4.

Show times are every evening at 7:00 and 9:30 PM with Saturday and Sunday matinees at 1:30 and 4:00 PM. All shows for this feature are in 2D.

The village of Bluffton will hold trick-or-treat night Thursday, Oct. 25, according to Mayor Eric Fulcomer. 

The event will take place from 6 to 7:30 p.m.

Icon viewers have a rare opportunity to view a short film at the Shannon Theatre based on a short story by Tobias Buckell, Bluffton writer.

The film “All Her Children Fought,” will be shown at no charge at 10 a.m., Saturday, Sept. 29, at the Shannon Theatre. Doors will open at 9:30 a.m. Buckell will be present to sign and sell books, introduce the film and conduct a brief question and answer session following the showing of the movie.

3D show times are each evening at 7 and 9:30 PM with Saturday and Sunday matinee at 4 PM.

2D show times are Saturday and Sunday at 1:30 PM only.

Richland Manor Health Campus, 7400 Swaney Road, Bluffton, is hosting a community tractor show on Sunday, Sept. 23, 2012 from 10 a.m.to 1 p.m. The free event will include a showing of a variety of tractors and family fun for all ages.

Complimentary food and beverages will be provided. Residents’ families and members of the community are invited to attend. If you are a tractor owner and would like to display your tractor at the show, contact Richland Manor at 419-643-3161.

Prizes will be awarded to the top three tractors.

The folk-pop duo Coed Pageant will perfom at the Bluffton town hall on Saturday, Sept. 22, at 7 p.m. along with Trevor Bechtel and Chris Jennings. Prior to the music will be a Fall Equinox Dinner celebrating delicious local food, according to Wendy Chappell-Dick of the Bluffton village cultural affairs committee.
