That's correct. There was once a Bluffton High School Pep Club. Here's the club photo from 1967-68 school year, 46 athletic seasons ago.
Identification of members is at the bottom of the photo. While this photo was taken in the "old gym," we need to point out that boys' basketball games during this era were played in Founders Hall.
Bluffton High School's marching band has a tradition of having some great bass drummers. Here's one from the 1969 football marching season. Could that be Randy Richards keeping the crowd on its feet?
Here's another story from the March 1945 Triplett company newsletter. It involves Millard Oberly and his three sons, Richard, Kenneth and Robert. The three sons were Triplett employees prior to entering the service.
