Including Putnam and Allen Counties and the cities of Pandora, Columbus Grove, Bluffton and Ottawa. FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT THROUGH FRIDAY MORNING.

Hydrant flushing during week of April 8

Hydrant flushing will take place during the week of April 8, according to the Village of Bluffton. If you see discolored water, run an outside tap until water runs clear.

A flood warning has been issued for Allen County and this afternoon College Ave. has been closed at Riley Creek. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
