Danielle Novak, daughter of Mark and Jeanne Novak, granddaughter of Norma Sommer, and a senior at Bluffton High School earned the highest possible ACT composite score of 36.
Only around two-tenths of 1 percent of students who take the ACT earn a top score. In the U.S. high school graduating class of 2018, only 3,741 out of more than 1.9 million graduates who took the ACT earned a top composite score of 36.
On July 20, 1969, Wapakoneta native Neil Armstrong walked on the moon after riding Apollo 11 all the way into history. I was just another face in the crowd. I played baseball and for one season, football.

Bluffton has been visited by some famous people in its time, but the visit of John Dillinger will never be forgotten.
"Despite the record high temperatures, 10 cyclists completed the 112-mile Triplett Challenge during the 5th Annual Ride to Remember on Saturday, July 20.
