It will be easier to contact Bluffton school personnel via e-mail this year. The school switched from the difficult to type and remember "bf.noacsc.org" to "blufftonschools.org."
Mardy Herr, technical director of the schools, told The Icon that the school switched its domain name this summer.
"The old addresses will forward email from the old system until the end of September 2011. After that the new system will "alias" the old. That means that any emails sent to the old addresses will still show up in the new system," he said.
Discolored water problems on Grove, Lawn and Poplar streets don't seem to go away. J. D. Yoder and Mike Edmiston of Grove Street asked Bluffton council on Monday to get the problem fixed as soon as possible.
Yoder showed samples of water from his faucet from today - the water resembled the color of cider. Edmiston showed particles of rust from his water and shared photos of discolored sinks caused by the rusty water.
Jamie Mehaffie, village administrator, told council that the discoloration problems on these streets are persisting and even seem to be worsening.
