Bluffton Housing Corp. will hold its annual shareholder meeting at 7 p.m., Tuesday, Feb. 9, at Vance Street Apartments.
The agenda includes reports on the operations of Riley View Apartments and Vance Street Apartments and the election of officers for 2010.
Three board members' terms are expiring. They are Ed Yeager, Fred Rodabaugh and Wayne Matter. Yeager and Rodabaugh have indicated that they are willing to serve on another three-year term.

Any resident of Bluffton 16 years or older is required to file a return with the tax office, (income becomes taxable at age 16). Bluffton School District tax is not filed or remitted through the Village of Bluffton tax office.
