The musical phenomenon known as Porchfest has been adopted by Bluffton, Ohio. Coordinator Eric Reneker has shared this schedule on Facebook, with 26 slots for scheduled performances and open mic opportunities in Bluffton neighborhoods. Guidelines for being a good guest are included.

Christmas in July has become quite popular in the United States. You can find all kinds of celebrations from shopping sales to promotions around the theme of Christmas in the summer. A North Carolina summer camp was credited for starting the concept of Christmas in July in the United States.

Daryl D. Steiner owned Steiner Financial Services

Daryl D. Steiner, 66, passed away July 23, 2024 at University of Michigan Hospital after an extended illness.  

Daryl was born May 31, 1958 in Bluffton to the late Evan and Betty (Reichenbach) Steiner.  On June 10, 1978, he married Kathy (Myers) Steiner who survives.

Daryl owned Steiner Financial Services in Bluffton since 1983 and partnered with Jason Granger to form Steiner and Granger Insurance. He was actively involved in the life and health insurance sectors as well as the investment industry, holding memberships in numerous professional organizations.

Riders, volunteers get a kick out of 10th annual Bluffton Ride to Remember

Accompanied by a cacophony of cow bells and cheering volunteers, dozens of bicycle riders took to the streets of Bluffton on July 13 as they kicked off the 10th annual Ride to Remember, a program of the Bluffton Lions Club.

On Saturday, July 20, Village of Bluffton representatives Ben Stahl, Jesse Blackburn and Mitch Kingsley presented information on park developments including a soccer complex on Snider Rd. and dog park on Lake St. to passersby at the Bluffton Farmers Market.
