Lots of free opportunities Jan. 16 to Feb. 25 during BFR's "Keeping Active" program
BFR announced its 2012 winter "Keeping Active" programs, which run from Jan. 16 to Feb. 25, according to Carole Enneking, director.
"Be inspired or inspire someone you care about to become more active this winter," she said. "Try out free exercise classes, add walking for exercise, and more more about healthy eating and fitness."
Most programs from Jan. 16 to Feb. 25 are free. During the "Keeping Active" special offer BFR offers demonstrations on special topics, free walking days, senior events, events for toddlers and families, youth events, fitness classes and adult recreation.
In addition, several special events are planned. Contact BFR for details.
The "Keeping Active" program guide is in a printer-friendly attachment at the bottom of this story.
In addition to the "Keeping Active" programs a holiday membership special continues until Jan. 31. In it members save $5 on a three-month membership, $10 on a six-month membership (junior youth, senior youth and senior adult), $15 on adult and single parent family memberships, and $20 on family memberships.
