Cultural Affairs Committee launches music series
FIRST PROGRAM ALASKA STRING BAND ON FEB. 15
The Bluffton Cultural Affairs Committee has announced a new entertainment option for the community.
"We will be hosting a monthly concert series in the newly renovated third floor of the town hall," said Wendy Chappell-Dick, of the committee. "Opening the series is the Alaska String Band, on tour through the United States. This family bluegrass band will play Monday, Feb. 15 at 7 p.m."
Upcoming shows will include Irish Night, March 13, Gina Holsopple, April 28, children's musician Bryan Suderman and an old time dance night with a live band. Each concert will have a suggested donation at the door.
