Go for Red for Women at BFR on Friday, Feb. 5
BFR Sports and Fitness is one of thousands of business and community locations that will celebrate Go Red for Women on Friday, Feb. 5.
On National Wear Red Day, millions of people will choose to wear red and speak up against heart disease. It gives women and men everywhere a way to show their dedication and support of the cause, and empowers them to take action for their health. And it gives them the opportunity to honor the women in their lives by sharing this lifesaving information.
According to BFR: One in every three female deaths in the United States is due to cardiovascular disease. Fortunately, this statistic can change, and you're helping to change it by participating in Wear Red Day.
BFR will participate in this national event throughout the day with free track access, various decorations, informational flyers, and healthy snacks. There will also be materials to donate to the American Heart Association to support this growing cause.
Join BFR in spreading awareness to support the fight against heart disease in women. For more information, contact BFR at 419-358-4150 or visit the web site www.bfronline.com
