A United Way volunteer will ring your doorbell tonight
Icon Reader:
I am writing on behalf of the Board of Directors of the United Way of Bluffton, Beaverdam, and Richland Township. As we start our Door-to-Door Campaign, TONIGHT, Tuesday, September 18, 2012, we are excited about the opportunity that all of us possess to assist the many organizations that support the residents of Bluffton, Beaverdam, and Richland Township.
These local groups benefit practically EVERY PERSON, and especially EVERY CHILD, in our local United Way district.
Will you give at work? Please ask for a proper form from your employer so that your donation will come back to our local United Way.
Look at all the LOCAL organizations that are helped financially by our OWN UNITED WAY:
Allen County Chapter of American Red Cross
Bluffton Area Drug Task Force on Drug and Alcohol Abuse
Bluffton Child Development Center
Bluffton Community Emergency Assistance (includes Food Pantry)
Bluffton Community Hospital Auxiliary
Bluffton Community Pre-School
Bluffton Family Recreation (BFR)
Bluffton Senior Citizens
Bluffton Weekday Christian Education
Boy Scouts of America
Girl Scouts of Western Ohio
When the volunteer campaign worker comes to your door on Tuesday evening, will you please welcome and thank that person for the assistance that s(he) is giving? And by donating to UNITED WAY, no matter the amount—large or small—you will be helping our entire community through these organizations. Will you PLEASE GIVE and help create a better community for everyone?
If you are missed tonight, and wish to contribute later, that donation may be sent to or dropped off at the Citizens Nations Bank downtown.
Thank you for your help in the past and we look forward to your donations this year.
Thank you,
Duane Bollenbacher
