One staff member, Flo, who is a Richland Manor nurse, goes to great lengths for the past 10 years by hosting a picnic at her home for current and former residents and their family members.

"This event is special to the residents and they always look forward to Flo’s picnic," said Liz Abel of Richland Manor.
“It’s finally here! I don’t have to count down the days until Flo’s party anymore!,” comment Loretta, a resident at Richland Manor.
"We want give a special thanks to Flo and her volunteers for making the picnic possible. At Richland Manor, our goal is to provide compassionate service for our residents. Flo is a very special, compassionate team member we are blessed to have," said Abel.
