BFR New Member Special available through May 31
Bluffton Family Recreation wants to encourage new members by offering a
different version of a Buy One Get One Free deal.
According to Carole Enneking, BFR director, "This new membership special does require some effort from the customer, but that is the point. Research shows that people start exercise programs with lofty goals but often drop out of the program within the first two weeks.
The BFR New Member Special will be available through May 31.
"Our current membership special requires the member to complete 12 different workouts in order to qualify for a free second month membership."
Qualifying workouts can include BFR fitness classes (which include cardio, strength and stretching) or fitness center-based circuit training. New members will check in at the front desk and receive a different workout program during the minimum 12 visits.
"By requiring a minimum of 12 workouts, the new member should stay on task, plus the workouts will include a variety of exercises and that will make exercising more fun," Enneking said.
Workouts can be modified for those individuals who may need a lower or
even higher workout level.
Cost for a month membership at BFR is only $30 and includes free staff
support with orientation and program workout services.
For more information about BFR's fitness programs and facility, customers are welcome to visit the center located at 215 Snider Road in Bluffton, or
visit the website www.bfronline.com.
