There's a very long story behind this photo. Here's the short version. Mark Zwiebel, assistant manager of PromoHits, 141B N. Main St., was treated with special decorations by the PromoHits staff marking his 25th birthday. It should be noted that his birthday was in February. However, the decorations still stand. We undersand that PromoHits owner, Melinda Bowden celebrates her 40th birthday today (April 23). We can't imagine what's in store for her when she comes to work today. It might be worth a visit from Icon readers just to check.
