Apple dumplings and Bluffton Farmers' Market go together
Heather Theis and the Bluffton Farmers’ Market go back 12 seasons. She was one of the original market vendors.
After taking a break for a few years, this year she returns her business called “Hearth and Home.” That business involves bakery items and some crafts.
PHOTOS OF HER BAKED ITEMS ARE AT THE BOTTOM OF THIS STORY.
On a typical Saturday, customers will find her home-baked products at the market.
These include:
• Cinnamon rolls
• Pecan rolls
• Apple pie rolls
• Banana bread
• Zucchini break
• Pumpkin bread
“My most popular items are my apple dumplings. No one else at Bluffton makes them,” she said.
In addition to the Bluffton Farmers’ Market, she is also a vendor at the Hancock County Farmers’ Market.
