Her shop, Studio Silhouette, is now open at 103 N. Main St., Bluffton. It is housed in the building with Bluffton Barbers (in front), and Wessler Engineering (in the rear).

Davis has expanded the businesses and it now offers:
• Consignment boutique for formal and semi-formal dresses and accessories
• Tailoring and custom seam stressing
• Tuxedo rentals

She explained that the consignment boutique features dresses and accessories on a rotating basis for six to 12 months. All consignment items are pre-owned. They range in size from 0 to 26.

As a seamstress, Davis specializes in bridle and formal wear, but also handles casual clothing. She does not work with outerwear or home décor.

Tuxedos are from Jim’s Formal Wear and the shop offers a wide variety of suits and tuxes, with an option to purchase these.
