Rita Maroscher attended school in Bluffton
Rita M. Maroscher, 62, of Uhrichsville, died Thursday, Feb, 11, 2016, in the home of her sister, Carmen Maurer, in Dover.
Born May 30, 1953, in Columbus, she was a daughter of Bruno Maroscher of
Bluffton, and the late Martha Jane McNaughton Maroscher. Rita attended school
in Bluffton, and began her career working at the family's business, Bruno's
I.G.A. in Beaverdam. She went on to be employed by Food Lion grocery stores as a meat cutter, and later retired as market manager. She was a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution.
Survivors include her husband, Albert P. Tecza, whom she married on Oct.
4, 1994; her daughters, Erin (Tom) Hodgson, Rachel (Ed) Langston and Olivia
Gentol; her sons, Elijah, Philip and Ian Tecza; her nine grandchildren; her
father Bruno (Marilyn) Maroscher, sisters, Carmen Maurer and Connie
Maroscher; her brother, David Maroscher; and her nieces and nephews.
Visitation is at the Toland-Herzig Funeral Home & Crematory, Dover, on Sunday, Feb. 14, 1 – 2 p.m. Rita's life be remembered and celebrated at a gathering – in the Toland-Herzig Monarch Center on the Boulevard in Dover.
