Here's BFR's adult fall fitness class schedule
Bluffton Family Recreation has released its fall fitness class schedule for adults, according to Joseph Beagle, director.

The daily schedule follows:
Mondays
7:30 a.m. – Total Body Conditioning
8:30 a.m. – All-star workout
9:30 a.m. – Water exercise I at Maple Crest
9:45 p.m. – SilverSneakers
5 p.m. – Aqua Zumba at Maple Crest
6 p.m. – Aqua Fit at Maple Crest
Tuesdays
7:30 a.m. – Total Body Conditioning
8:30 a.m. – Water exercise II at Maple Crest
9:30 a.m. – Water exercise I at Maple Crest
Wednesdays
7:30 a.m. – Total Body Conditioning
8:30 a.m. – All-star workout
9:30 a.m. – Water exercise I at Maple Crest
9:45 p.m. – SilverSneakers
6:30 p.m. – Yoga Fit at Bluffton Public Library
Thursdays
7:30 a.m. – Total Body Conditioning
8:30 a.m. – Water exercise II at Maple Crest
9:30 a.m. – Water exercise I at Maple Crest
Fridays
7:30 a.m. – Total Body Conditioning
8:30 a.m. – Yoga Fit
9:45 a.m. - SilverSneakers
