Tree of Remembrance memorial service Sunday
Chiles-Laman Funeral & Cremation Services will be holding a Tree of Remembrance Memorial Service at 2 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 4, at the Bluffton Centre, 601 N. Main St.
The memorial service is for families and individuals who have lost a loved one this year or in years past. The ornaments will be hung on the Christmas Tree and given to families at the end of the service.
Families may begin arriving at 1 p.m., with a brief service at 2 p.m. Each family will be given an ornament personalized with their loved one's name. At the conclusion of the service, the ornaments will be given to the families. Additional ornaments will be available for purchase at the cost of $20.
Those wishing to purchase additional ornaments should call the funeral home prior to the service date to to place their order. Additional ornaments purchased must be paid with cash or check.
Light refreshments will be provided following the service. There is no charge to attend the service but reservations are requested.
