The 32-page booklet, designed as a Bluffton, Ohio, landline telephone directory includes no Bluffton, Ohio, residential phone numbers, except for the cover, advertisers, and an index of Allen County, Ohio, phone numbers.

Instead, the booklet contains a 14-page alphabetical listing of telephone numbers with 260 area codes, which is Bluffton, Indiana.
