Invitation to star gaze
Have you ever gone star-gazing? Now's your chance.
Bluffton Public Library invites Icon viewers to take a star walk at The Quarry Farm, rural Pandora on Thursday evening.
You must sign-up immediately if you wish to participate. Contact the library at 145 S. Main St., or call 419-358-5016.
Quarry Farm Nature Preserve is located on Township Road 7-L, Pandora. The star walk is from 8 to 9:30 p.m. A "cloud date" is the same time on Saturday, April 29.
Here's what you need:
• Flashlight
• Dress for the weather
• Good pair of walking shoes or boots
• Sorry, no infant strollers on this walk
• All youth must be accompanied by a responsible parent or guardian
The evening includes a guided walk to the preserve area to gaze at the stars.
