Ready for a lifestyle change?
Ready for a lifestyle change? Do you need help achieving that goal?
You may want to talk with Christine Schroeder.
She wants you to become a healthier person. And, she’s willing to help you achieve your goal through the Healthe Habits for Living program.
Who is eligible and who benefits from the program?
Anyone currently suffering from any chronic disease including obesity, joint pain, arthritis, sleep apnea, asthma, high blood pressure, diabetes, fibromyalgia, back pain, cancer, hypothyroidism, CAD, PCOS and COPD – as examples.
Schroeder, who holds a master’s of occupational therapy (MOT) degree from the University of Findlay, joined the Ellerbrock Spine and Soft Tissue staff this spring, and brings with her the “Healthe Habits for Living” program.
“Health and wellness is my passion,” she told members of the Bluffton Area Chamber of Commerce members during last week’s chamber breakfast, telling how the program works.
“The broad-spectrum approach involves diet, exercise, education and lifestyle elevations. It provides tools involving behavior changes that overtime become more natural to patients,” she added.
“Healthe Habits for Living” provides a one-on-one training and coaching program of effective exercise, good nutrition and lifestyle changes,” she said.
“I can provide customized solutions to chronic diseases,” she added. “I am committed to changing the way people think, relate to, consume and manage food and exercise on a daily basis.”
The first step is a referral from a physician. The cost of the program is typically covered by medical insurance with that referral.
The program includes an initial evaluation, reports to your physician, a therapeutic exercise plan to fit your abilities, plus visits with Schroeder that typically extend to six to eight weeks.
Explaining that she looks out for the health and wellness of her clients, she adds that through the Healthe Habits for Living, people can become a healthier version of themselves. And, the process gives people a more meaningful life.
