August 2
-Officers responded to a Riley St. residence in response to a report of an unruly juvenile.
August 4
-Officers responded to a non-injury traffic crash at the intersection of N. Main St. and Jefferson St. Cory Bastian, 19, Delphos, was issued a citation for improper backing and case is pending in Bluffton Mayor's Court.
August 6
-Officers arrested James Crown, 19, England, for OVI following a traffic stop on Elm St. for several stop sign violations and driving without headlights on. The case was handled through Lima Municipal Court.
August 7
-A Greding St. resident reported that unknown persons had stolen her purse from her residence.
-A Garmatter St. resident reported that an unknown person had shattered the back window of a parked vehicle at the residence.
August 8
-Police responded to Dixie Hwy residence in regards to an assault.
August 11
-Officers responded to a S. Main St. business and spoke with a woman who stated that a friend of hers had taken off with her purse and cash.
-Officers responded to an E. College Ave. residence and took a report of a theft of medication.
August 15
Police took a telephone harassment complaint from a Riley St. resident.
August 18
-Police responded to a SR 103 business and spoke with an employee that reported someone had stolen money from the business.
August 19
-Police took a theft of money and a debit card report from a Pandora resident.
August 21
-Officers arrested Jason Lamb, 33, Lima, for Driving Under FRA Suspension following a traffic stop on SR 103 for driving without headlights. The case is pending in Findlay Municipal Court.
-Police arrested Barry Benson, 38, of Findlay, for Physical Control while investigating a parked vehicle in the parking lot of a closed business. The case is pending in Findlay Municipal Court.
August 22
-Officers responded to I-75 in response to a vehicle striking a tire that was laying in the roadway.
August 23
-Officers assisted in a pursuit that started in Allen County and travelled through Putnam and Hancock Counties.
August 24
-A Lake St. business reported damage done to a vehicle by a lawnmower in the area.
August 27
-Officers arrested Gregory Long, 52, of Lima, for Driving Under OVI Suspension following a traffic stop on SR 103 for a Turn Signal violation. The case is pending in Lima Municipal Court.
August 28
-Police took a report of a stolen cell phone from a Venedocia resident.
-A Westland Dr. resident filed a report of telephone harassment.
-Officers responded to a non-injury traffic crash at the intersection of Vance and Cherry Streets. Melissa Pratt, 38 of Bluffton was cited for an improper turn and case is pending in Bluffton Mayor's Court.
August 29
-A Geiger St. resident filed a report stating that an acquaintance had offered to sell items for him a year ago and has not received payment or the items back in return.
August 30
-Officers responded to a N. Lawn Ave. residence in regards to an ongoing neighborhood dispute.
-Officers responded to a non-injury traffic crash on Lincoln Way and cited Susan King, 55, Bluffton for Failure to Yield the Right of Way. The case is pending in Bluffton Mayor's Court.
August 31
-Officers responded to a S. Main St. business in regards to a theft of money.
-Elisa Flores, 19, Columbus Grove, was issued a citation for Reasonable Control following a non-injury traffic crash on S. Main St. The case is pending in Bluffton Mayor's Court.
