Mary Schwab was a Pandora-Gilboa HS graduate
Mary L. Schwab, 76, died Aug. 12, 2018, at Hilty Memorial Home, Pandora. Mary was born April 6, 1942, in Lake City, Tennessee, to the late Johnnie and Geneva (Bennett) Powell. On Nov. 19, 1960, she married Richard Schwab who preceded her in death on Sept. 27, 2013.
Mary graduated from Pandora-Gilboa High School and was a homemaker.
Survivors include three sons, Tony (Shari) Schwab, Tom (Laura) Schwab, Ron (Allison) Schwab all of Pandora, Ohio; five grandchildren, Joseph (Betsy) Schwab, Michelle Allen, Ashley Schwab, Cole Schwab, Taylor Schwab; four great grandchildren; a brother, Larry "Mike" Powell of Pandora and a sister, Beverly Phillips of Findlay.
Services will be held at 11 a.m., Friday, Aug. 17, at Chiles-Laman Funeral & Cremation Services, Bluffton. Pastor James King officiating. Burial will be in Pleasant Ridge Cemetery, Pandora following the service. Visitation will be Thursday from 5 - 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
