Swiss Historical Society continues with online programming
For the safety of docents and visitors, the Swiss Community Historical Society has put programming on hold including August Saturday open houses at the Schumacher Homestead and the annual Fall Festival.
Currently, society members and local history buffs are sharing photos and genealogy tips on the Swiss Community Historical Society Facebook.
Docents and board members are creating video tours of the homestead, which are available on YouTube.
The Swiss Community Historical Society honors and preserves the heritage of the Bluffton-Pandora community. Its work is made possible by donations and membership dues.
