Bluffton boys advance to district finals
Bluffton High School boys' soccer game originally scheduled for tonight is cancelled, according to Alex Hanna, athletic director.
"This game has been cancelled. Ada had to quarantine a few players and forfeited our game," he told the Icon.
Bluffton will play at 11 a.m., Saturday Oct. 31, at Tiffin Columbian High School against the winner of Van Buren and Riverdale, which is tonight.
In regular season play, Bluffton defeated Van Buren 5-2 and Riverdale 4-2. In the final Northwest Ohio Scholastic Soccer Coaches Association poll, Bluffton was ranked first and Riverdale, with a 12-2-1 record, fifth.
