Meet the October BHS student of the month
Julia Smallcombe, a Bluffton High School senior, is the BHS October student of the month.
She is a member of Student Senate, National Honor Society, Show Choir, Latin Club, Math Club, Renaissance and yearbook. She is an Ohio Teen Ambassador and a Miami Bridges member.
She is also on the school's tennis and track teams and the Bluffton swim team. She has been on the all-A honor roll throughout high school, and has received top of the class awards in Personal Wellness, Principles of Food, Geography and Model United Nations.
In her spare time she enjoys thrift shopping, reading, bike riding, taking walks, listening to podcasts and staying up-to-date on the news.
After she graduates she hopes to attend Miami University and study pre-law with an English/philosophy major.
She has a 4.00 grade point average and is the daughter of Rick and Mary Kay Smallcombe.
