The Putnam County District Library is offering free technology help to individuals who need assistance with their smartphone, tablet, iPad etc. Call 419-384-3232 to set up a 30-minute session. Tech programs are made possible in part by the Institute of Museum and Library Services and the State Library of Ohio.
