David O. Brechbill owned Adecco Personnel
David O. Brechbill, 88, of Newark and formerly of Bluffton passed away June 28, 2023 at Altercare Newark North, Newark, Ohio. David was born March 29, 1935 in Canton, Ohio to the late David and Charlotte (Hummer) Brechbill. On February 2, 1974 he married Janet Westall Brechbill who preceded him in death on December 19, 2021.
David graduated from Canton-Lincoln High School and received his bachelor's degree from the Ohio State University. He owned and operated Adecco Personnel in Findlay and Lima. David enjoyed golfing, fishing and watching the Ohio State University and the Cleveland Indians and the Cleveland Browns.
Survivors include a son, Ryan (Rebecca) Brechbill of Newark; two grandsons, Jacob and Sean Brechbill; a sister, Barb Riley of Dover, Ohio; a sister-in-law, Barb (Bill) Garay of Bowling Green; two brothers-in-law, Dave (Karla) Westall of Lima, Nelson Schaller of Eau Clare, Wisconsin and three children from a previous marriage, Deb, Scott and David.
David was preceded in death by a sister-in-law, Kaye Schaller and a brother-in-law, Robert Day.
Private graveside services will be held at Pleasant View Cemetery, Bluffton.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions may be made to Alzheimer's Association.
