Arrests include alleged robbery in progress, domestic violence and 2 warrants
The following June 2023 docket was provided by Sergeant Tyler Hochstetler of the Bluffton Police Department.
June 1
- Officers issued citations to a Lima, Ohio resident for speeding and driving under suspension following a traffic stop in the area of North Main Street near Lake Street. The case is pending in Lima Municipal Court.
June 4
- Officers responded to a Breaking and Entering complaint in the 100 block of Poplar Street.
- Officers responded to the 200 block of Snider Road for a Theft complaint.
June 8
- Officers responded to the Bluffton Pool for a Breaking and Entering complaint.
- Officers received a Civil Child Custody complaint in the 200 block of North Lawn Avenue.
June 11
- Officers assisted the Ohio State Highway Patrol on an arrest warrant in the area of State Route 103 and Interstate 75.
June 13
- Officers received an Unruly Juvenile Complaint from a resident in the 200 block of West Elm Street.
- Officers responded to a Breaking and Entering complaint at Bluffton University.
June 14
- Officers received a Theft complaint from a resident in the 100 block of East Riley Street.

June 20
- Officers received an Identity Theft complaint from a Richland Drive resident.
June 23
- Officers responded to the 800 block of State Route 103 for a Motor Vehicle Theft complaint.
June 25
- Officers arrested a Lima, Ohio resident on a Warrant through the Allen County Sheriff’s Office following a traffic stop for a registration violation on State Route 103 near Commerce Lane.
June 27
- Officers responded to the 200 block of South Main Street for a Robbery in Progress complaint. Officers ultimately arrested a juvenile for the alleged robbery and transported him to the Allen County Juvenile Detention Center. The case is pending in Allen County Juvenile Court.
June 28
- Officers responded to the 100 block of Vance Street for a Theft Complaint.
- Officers received an Identity Theft Complaint from a Riley Street resident.
June 29
- Officers responded to the 400 block of County Line Road for a Domestic Disturbance complaint. After investigating, officers arrested a Bluffton resident for Domestic Violence and transported him to the Hancock County Justice Center. The case is pending in Findlay Municipal Court.
