Special events for early birds and night owls

Even if your family no longer has youngsters in school, it's pretty hard to miss the transition from summer to school year in Bluffton--both the Bluffton Schools and Bluffton University start classes on Monday. Fortunately, this weekend provides plenty of leisure activities to distract us from the upcoming transition.

A Bluffton Area Chamber of Commerce Discovery Day and Vine Street block party with DJ Stacey Hotwaxx Hale on Saturday and MMH Concert on the Lawn (article HERE) on Sunday are extra special events. The Bluffton High School football game--7:00 p.m. Friday home game vs. Pandora-Gilboa, and Saturday morning Bluffton Farmers Market and Bluffton Cars & Coffee are regularly scheduled attractions.

Twelve Bluffton Businesses are participating in the Discovery Days prize drawing, providing tickets for a chance to win up to $100 in Bluffton Bucks gift certificates. Earn an additional ticket for each $10 spent, up to $100.
