Fourth-seeded MC improved to 9-9-1 after the win. The Flames advance to the district finals Saturday evening at Tiffin.
Bluffton got off 13 shots, six of which were on goal, but could not score. MC only mustered three shots but they made them count, as both Flame shots on goal found the back of the net.
Pirate keeper Truett Diller made one save in goal, while the Flame keeper made six stops. ▶︎
