Kaleigh Coffman honored as BHS Student of the Month
The Bluffton High School student of the month for October 2024 is Kaleigh Coffman, daughter of Megan Coffman of Bluffton. Kaleigh is a senior with a 3.943 GPA.
Coffman is an active member of the student body, participating in the Show Choir, Drama Club, Latin Club and Art Club. She holds an office position as Student Senate President and is acting treasurer for the school’s Volunteer Club.
Kaleigh was on the tennis team during her freshman and sophomore years and earned the Coach’s Award her sophomore year. She was recognized at the Academic Awards Banquet for being top of the class in Latin I and III and was also acknowledged as the top student in Industrial Tech I.
In addition to these accolades, Kaleigh is a member of the National Honor Society and takes College Credit Plus (CCP) courses at Bluffton University and the University of Findlay.
In her spare time, Kaleigh enjoys playing the ukulele, crocheting, reading and debating. After graduation, Kaleigh plans to attend Denison University and major in law.
