MS Student Senate leads "Pennies for Patients" fund drive
The Bluffton Middle School Student Senate recently held a drive for "Pennies for Patients," which is a fundraiser for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
Students in each grade level were asked to bring in money. The sixth graders raised $422.02; seventh graders $538.47; and eighth graders $375.67 for a total of $1,336.16.
Members of the Student Senate also helped out during their "Study Hall" time last week to help clean up after the flood at Harmon Field.
