Following a scoreless first period, Ohio Christian used a Dave Blamo goal from Dexter Chapman to put the home team up 1-0 at the 65:36 mark. Just seven minutes later, Blamo added his second tally of the match on an assist from former Beaver Zach Sturm. The home team held Bluffton off for the 2-0 shutout.
